This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through https://vitaleonbiosciences.com (“Website”) and shipped by VitaLeön Biosciences (“VitaLeön,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
- SHIPPING AREA
VitaLeön Biosciences currently accepts and ships orders only within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders submitted with an address outside the United States may be declined or canceled.
Certain locations, territories, military addresses, P.O. boxes, or other restricted destinations may not be serviceable. We reserve the right to cancel an order if reliable or lawful delivery is unavailable.
- SHIPPING RATE
Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10.71 per order unless a different rate, promotion, or shipping option is expressly displayed during checkout.
The applicable shipping charge will be shown before the order is submitted.
- ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Processing times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, order volume, payment verification, address verification, carrier availability, weather, holidays, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We reserve the right to place an order on hold, request additional information, limit quantities, or cancel an order in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Research Use Only Purchaser Agreement.
- SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders may be shipped through UPS, FedEx, or another suitable carrier selected by VitaLeön Biosciences.
Carrier selection may depend on the destination, package characteristics, service availability, and operational requirements. A customer may not be able to select or change the carrier unless that option is expressly offered during checkout.
- DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Any delivery date or transit time displayed on the Website, provided by a carrier, or communicated by VitaLeön Biosciences is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Delivery times begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Carrier delays may occur due to weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, access restrictions, emergencies, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
VitaLeön Biosciences is not responsible for carrier delays, but we may assist customers with obtaining available tracking or shipment information.
- SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order.
Please carefully review the recipient’s name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, and ZIP code during checkout.
If you discover an error, contact orders@vitaleonbiosciences.com immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted or processed.
VitaLeön Biosciences is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, return-to-sender charges, reshipment expenses, or other problems caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer.
- TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking information is available, it will generally be sent to the email address associated with the order.
Tracking activity may take time to appear after a shipping label has been created. The creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already received or scanned the package.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive the shipment.
- DELIVERY AND PACKAGE SECURITY
A shipment may be considered delivered when the carrier’s tracking information records it as delivered to the address provided with the order.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location and promptly retrieving delivered packages. VitaLeön Biosciences is not responsible for theft, misplacement, exposure, deterioration, or damage occurring after a package has been recorded as delivered, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
A signature may be required for certain orders at our discretion or when required by the carrier.
- LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
If a package appears lost, arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or is missing an item, contact orders@vitaleonbiosciences.com promptly.
Your message should include:
• Your full name;
• Order number;
• Description of the issue;
• Photographs of the shipping box, label, internal packaging, and product when applicable; and
• Any other information reasonably requested to investigate the claim.
Keep all packaging and products until we complete our review. Do not discard, use, alter, transfer, or dispose of an item involved in a claim unless instructed otherwise.
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, or reshipment. Each claim will be reviewed under this Shipping Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy.
- RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or otherwise determined to be undeliverable for reasons not caused by VitaLeön Biosciences, the customer may be responsible for any additional carrier, return, and reshipment charges.
Any refund or replacement will be determined under our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.
- RESEARCH-USE PRODUCTS
All products sold by VitaLeön Biosciences are offered strictly for lawful laboratory and scientific research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they can lawfully receive, store, handle, and use the products at the delivery destination. Shipping a product does not constitute approval of any use that is prohibited by our Research Use Only Purchaser Agreement.
- CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Shipping Policy periodically. The version applicable to an order is the version available on the Website when that order is submitted, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
