This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Mushroom Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as VitaLeön Biosciences (“VitaLeön,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through https://vitaleonbiosciences.com.
RESEARCH-USE PRODUCTS
All products offered by VitaLeön Biosciences are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease or medical condition.
Because the identity, purity, integrity, storage conditions, and chain of custody of research products cannot be verified after they leave our control, all sales are generally final once an order has been shipped, except as expressly provided below or as otherwise required by applicable law.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be submitted to orders@vitaleonbiosciences.com as soon as possible after an order is placed.
An order may be cancelled only if it has not yet been processed, packaged, assigned a shipping label, or transferred to the carrier. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be approved.
If an approved cancellation is eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Any nonrefundable payment-processing charges may be deducted where permitted by applicable law and the applicable payment provider’s rules.
RETURNS
VitaLeön Biosciences does not accept returns of research products after shipment, including returns based on buyer preference, ordering the wrong product or quantity, inability to use the product, or failure to review the product description before purchase.
Products may not be returned without our prior written authorization. Packages sent to us without authorization may be refused and will not automatically qualify for a refund.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers must inspect their shipment promptly upon delivery.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or contains an incorrect item, the customer must contact orders@vitaleonbiosciences.com within forty-eight (48) hours after the carrier records the package as delivered.
The request must include:
• The customer’s full name and order number;
• A clear description of the issue;
• Photographs of the shipping package, shipping label, internal packaging, and affected product;
• Photographs showing the product label, lot or batch information, and any visible damage; and
• Any other information reasonably requested to evaluate the claim.
Customers must retain the product and all original packaging until the claim has been resolved. Discarding, altering, opening, using, relabeling, or otherwise compromising the product or packaging may prevent us from properly investigating the claim.
After reviewing the available information, VitaLeön Biosciences may, as appropriate and subject to applicable law, replace the affected item, issue store credit, provide a partial refund, or issue a refund to the original payment method.
MINOR OR COSMETIC VARIATIONS
Minor variations in vial appearance, packaging, labels, color, texture, fill presentation, or other characteristics that do not materially affect the product’s identity or stated specifications will not, by themselves, qualify an order for replacement or refund.
SHIPPING DELAYS AND CARRIER ISSUES
Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect or incomplete addresses, security checks, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
If tracking information indicates that a shipment is lost, damaged in transit, or delivered but cannot be located, the customer must promptly contact us. We may require the customer to cooperate with a carrier investigation or claims process before a replacement, credit, or refund is considered.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
A package refused by the recipient or returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, restricted delivery location, or failure to retrieve the package does not automatically qualify for a refund.
If the package is returned to us, we will evaluate its condition and determine whether reshipment, store credit, or another resolution is available. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. Processing times vary by bank, card issuer, and payment provider and may take approximately five (5) to ten (10) business days after the refund is issued.
Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the refund results from an error by VitaLeön Biosciences or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
PROMOTIONAL, DISCOUNTED, AND FINAL-SALE ITEMS
Promotional, discounted, clearance, or specifically designated final-sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
UNAUTHORIZED CHARGEBACKS
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
Nothing in this Policy limits a customer’s lawful rights regarding payment disputes. However, knowingly submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with a refund request, carrier claim, or chargeback may result in cancellation of pending orders, suspension of purchasing privileges, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
NO WAIVER OF MANDATORY RIGHTS
This Policy is intended to describe our general refund and return procedures. It does not exclude, restrict, or waive any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable federal or state law.
POLICY CHANGES
We may revise this Refund and Returns Policy periodically. Any revised version will be posted on the Website with an updated “Last Updated” date and will apply prospectively as permitted by law.
